Friday, July 31 is the last day to order The Declaration. After that, Coin #1 in Revolution: Road to 250 goes off the board. August belongs to The Revolution, and the series marches forward whether you're on it or not.
Here's the math made plain:
Order by July 31 → you own the first coin in the series. Your collection starts where it's supposed to start.
Wait until August → your collection begins on Coin #2, with a permanent gap where the Declaration ought to be.
There's no version of this where we mail out The Declaration in September. That's not how a monthly series works, and it's not how we honor the milestone.
