Getting your friends to 7kX just got easier. We are THRILLED to announce our never-before-seen, we’ve-almost-lost-our-minds promo called Bring a Friend. Here’s how it works:

1. You already have a convention ticket. Well done!

2. Since you've already bought yours, we're inviting you to gift up to five tickets to members of your team who are on the fence about attending convention. That’s right—just invite a ticketless friend to visit their Events section in the back office and book a hotel room with one of our host hotels for the full dates of convention (May 14-18). See the hotel options below.

3. Either you or your friend sends a copy of the room receipt (dated after April 20) to customer support at [email protected] with a request for the Bring a Friend convention special. The email must include the name, username, email, and phone number of the person who booked the room.

4. Customer support will book the special 7kX ticket to their account.

5. Repeat with a new friend!

There are three hotel-room options—check out the details:
Option 1: Rosen Centre (7kX headquarters & a five-minute walk to the convention center)

Option 2: Rosen Plaza (15-minute walk to the convention center)

Option 3: Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando (21-minute walk to the convention center)
